GH2 Solar Invests ₹400 Crore in Electrolyser Manufacturing in Gwalior

Gwalior, India: GH2 Solar has announced its entry into the electrolyser manufacturing sector, marking a significant step towards advancing India’s green hydrogen mission. The company has committed an initial investment of ₹400 crore, with contributions from investors, to establish a world-class manufacturing facility.
The upcoming Gwalior-based plant is being developed in collaboration with Advanced Hydrogen Energy Solutions (AHES) Ltd and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
This facility will focus on producing high-quality electrolysers, which are critical for scaling up green hydrogen production in India.
Speaking on the development, company representatives highlighted that this investment will not only strengthen GH2 Solar’s position in the renewable energy market but also help address the increasing demand for sustainable hydrogen infrastructure.
By entering the electrolyser space, GH2 Solar is expanding its renewable energy footprint and supporting India’s ambition of becoming a global hub for green hydrogen manufacturing and technology exports.
