Audi India Expands EV Charging Network to Over 6,500 Points Across the Country

Driving India’s EV Future Forward, One Charge at a Time

In a significant stride towards accelerating India’s transition to electric mobility, Audi India has announced the expansion of its electric vehicle (EV) charging network to over 6,500 charging points nationwide. This move not only strengthens Audi’s commitment to green mobility but also enhances the convenience and confidence of EV users across the country.

As part of its ‘Charge my Audi’ initiative, Audi India has collaborated with multiple EV charging partners including ChargeZone, Zeon, and Tata Power, integrating their networks to offer seamless access to charging infrastructure via the myAudiConnect app. This initiative supports Audi’s current e-tron range and lays the foundation for future EV offerings in the country.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, emphasized, “Our goal is to make EV ownership hassle-free and more accessible. With the growing demand for sustainable luxury mobility, expanding the charging infrastructure is key. This expansion is another step towards creating a robust EV ecosystem in India.”

This move comes at a time when India’s EV market is witnessing steady growth, driven by increasing awareness, government incentives, and a growing appetite for premium electric vehicles. Audi’s efforts align with the national vision of achieving net-zero emissions and strengthening the green energy infrastructure.

With over 6,500 charging points now available to Audi EV owners, long-distance travel becomes more viable and stress-free. The integrated app also allows users to locate, navigate to, and initiate charging sessions—all at their fingertips.
